    BEST INSTRUCTIONAL TAE KWON DO BOOK

    Pros: Great photos, explanantion, and detail!

    Cons: None!

    In comparison to the other martail arts books I have read, this one definately exceeds them all. I've grown tired to spending time and money looking at books written by old Korean "masters" that explain very little and provides little i...nsight. This book however, gives the reader a great deal of information to learn from. Tips range from stretches to increase your flexibility, to techniques for strengthening your kicks, to how to do a proper stance. Overall, I loved the book and would reccommend it for anyone!
