    Pros: Size and ease of use. Sound quality excellent..no scratches like Nano.

    Cons: none

    Recieved for my birthday and love it. I am not an addict so I do not use it everyday and it would take me some time to reach 500 songs. This product is perfect for people who are not into having to have the ipod name.

    Pros: Portability, sound quality, music and books and radio

    Cons: none

    I choose this MP3 player because it was on a list as being able to to accept downloaded books from my library. I have to say I absolutely love it. I download two books a week (the max my library allows) and if I really like the book I listen to it wh...ile I'm cooking or whatever. The library had a list of MP3 players that could use the software that they provided free. I do everything over the internet without even leaving home. It is just great when my husband is driving us somewhere longer distance and I can lose myself in a good book with my eyes closed! I plan to put some more music on it, just found the books the best. P.S. I did follow the instructions to upgrade the firmware and maybe the person who had a bad experience did not do this. Read more Less
