The PRADA Phone by LG introduces the world's first advanced touch interface which eliminates the conventional keypad making the overall usage experience a highly tactile one. An extra wide LCD screen maximizes visual impact, allowing the user to benefit from several key features of the phone, including the 2 megapixel camera featuring Schneider-Kreuznach lens, video player and document viewer capacity. Above all, these features contribute to the phone's beautifully sleek and simplistic appearance.

Glowing icons on the face of the phone disappear when not in use to reveal a pure, un-adulterated black exterior. The phone is ultra thin (just 12 mm), nonetheless it hosts an array of additional multimedia functions, including an MP3 player and a music multitasking function for messaging. It also boasts an external memory slot, allowing the user to increase memory capacity for images, music and film clips.

    Excellent phone - for advanced users

    Pros: Stylish, compatible with networks other than the New AT&T, Rare

    Cons: Bluetooth issues, lack of tech support in US

    As far as I can tell, this phone cannot be procured in the US directly. The US Prada stores don't even carry it, and neither my provider nor LG USA know nothing about it - making it difficult to obtain tech support or to locate accessories that ...are guaranteed to be compatible. The phone is beautiful and smaller than the Apple iPhone. The 2 mega pixel camera takes very nice photos and the sound quality is good. It is extremely stylish and is quite rare/unique as most people haven't ever seen one in person. The iPhone takes away from it in that regard however as most people automatically and incorrectly assume the Prada phone is an iPhone. So far, I have received more compliments from strangers on my D&G RAZR. It doesn't have the iPhone's auto screen rotation and it isn't quite as intuitive as the iPhone - but is still relatively easy to use. Its biggest plus over the iPhone is its compatibility with networks other than the New AT&T. I use T-Mobile and it works fine with voice and SMS. (I am having some difficulty getting the web browser and MMS to work though.) Other than web/mms, the biggest issue I have is a flaw with Bluetooth. Whenever it connects to the Bluetooth phone system in my BMW 540i, the phone automatically redials the last number - definitely some sort of design flaw. To sum up - would I buy it again? Yes, it's a nice phone and very stylish. It's rare which makes it nice to have, but unfortunately most people don't notice it's rare because of the iPhone. (And for people who think it's a knockoff - it did come out first.) Read more Less

    Pros: Ease of Use, Great Camera, Great Features, Great Design, feels less fragile than Iphone

    Cons: Battery Life needs some improvement, getting information from Lg for this phone is impossible, must call international for customer support, Iphone stole spotlight,

    This phone is a great alternative to the Iphone if you are willing to spend the extra cash. The phone is easy to use, stylish, and it has a little weight to it so you dont feel like your going to break it. The only drawback for U.S. customers will be... that Lg USA doesnt have any paperwork on this phone so you have to call Lg headquaters in the UK. But other than that the Lg Prada phone is a great phone all around. Read more Less
