    hoover is bad

    Cons: stopped working

    I had this vacuum for over a year now, several months ago i sucked up a corner of a throw rug. after this the vacuum started to make an ungodly noise , like it was going to rattle to pieces. I took it apart thinking it make have had a piece of rug or something caught inside the roller. Well there was nothing and all appeared to be fine. Put it back together and the noise was still there. It seemingly still worked but shortly after it stopped working. I have made a point of never owning a hoover product again. I have nothing good to say about this product
