Frabill will repair or replace, at Frabill's option, the product found upon inspection by Frabill to be defective, provided the defective part is returned to Frabill, freight prepaid, with proof of purchase and $5.00 for return shipping/handling. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. This warranty is not valid in cases where the product has been abused or mishandled, or where unauthorized repairs have been attempted or performed. Frabill specifically disclaims special, indirect, or consequential damages or lost profits, which may result from a breach of this warranty.
