    Pros: None

    Cons: Lacks instruction, hard to follow, annoying

    I'm a coordinated person and I love to dance. I also do yoga and taebo. I had high hopes for this DVD and was VERY disappointed! It is extremely hard to follow due to the lack of instruction. The instructor do not explain or walk you through the ...steps. You're daning along and then they'll just say, "now we're going to do..." Unless you are an experienced dancer with previous dance instruction you won't know what they are talking about. By the time you figure the move out on your own they move on! Also, one of the instructors have a very annoying voice. I guess that may be why they give you the option to turn the instruction off. You're probably better off without it since it's useless anyways. I would return this if I could. I don't even have a desire to sell it to anyone else...it's that bad! Read more Less
