The D-Link RangeBooster G Multifunction Print Server (DPR-1260) is D-Link's most versatile and easiest to use Print Server yet. When attaching multiple devices, the Quick Installation Wizard takes all the work out of setting up the Print Server and configuring the attached printers. Multiple ports give you the option of adding multiple printers, multifunction printers, or scanners to the network. RangeBooster G technology improves wireless performance, reducing the time required to send print jobs to the print server.

Tested with over 100 different printer models, this Print Server offers class-leading device compatibility. Using the web-based interface, easily scan documents, photos, and more directly to your computer. This print server is compatible with a wide range of USB multifunction printers and scanners and is backward compatible with USB 1.1/1.0 printers.

The Ethernet port on the Print Server can be used as a wireless bridge. This provides wireless connectivity for any Ethernet-enabled device, such as a computer, Digital Video Recorder (DVR), or Network-Attached Storage (NAS) to the wireless network. The RangeBooster G Multifunction Print Server (DPR-1260) is the ideal network printing solution for small offices, home offices, schools, and other businesses that require sharing multiple printers.

    Tech Made Freaking Easy

    Pros: Set up was a breeze. Instructions were spot on.

    Cons: None so far.

    I bought a refurbished netgear wireless print server from Fry's and it was terrible. Instructions didn't even seem like they were for the same product. And set up was so difficult. Then when i went to bestbuy i saw this dlink one for 79.9...9 only 20$ more than the netgear POS. Luckily Fry's gave me a full refund. This thing is SO easy to use. the instructions were EXACTLY what i needed to do. Everything was intuitive. The only thing that might be a little advanced is... the initial set up. you must chage your computer/laptops ip address to static to be on the same ip range as the default ip setting for the print server. (there are clear intructions and pictures of what exactly needs to be done) Once you do that... you can change the print server ip to be in the range of your wireless router's and change your computers back to dynamic ip. After that..its just a matter of going to a browser typing in that ip address in the url choosing set up ... and doing the 4 step wizard and voila, you are printing. takes only like 5 minutes to set up 3 laptops this DLINK dpr-1260 wirelss print server is truly tech made easy.     Cons: Not a lot of support for Multi-Printer\Fax\
    ;Scanners

    Easy to set up. I have had this printer server in use for over a year now with no issues. I would like to see Dlink add support for more printers.
