    WORST CHRISTMAS EVER...

    Pros: Excitement of gift

    Cons: The grueling four hours after that....

    I was excited to get the Zune for my wife this Christmas. When I tried to set the software up from the Zune website on my computer there were no problems, only then when trying to connect the Zune to my computer the Zune would not sync up with the co...mputer and continued to not be recognized. I then spent several hours reading online about other peoples frustrations with the same issues. I contacted the support line and after an hour and a half I was encouraged to just return the Zune. Are you freaking kidding me? WOW... I will never recommend this to anyone and I will be turning this in tomorrow in exchange for an iPOD. Horrible experience. Read more Less
