Years is a dark ambient instrumental side project for Ryan Parrish, drummer for Washington, D.C.based death metal/metalcore outfit Darkest Hour and screamo band City of Caterpillar. Years relies heavily on languid, melodic interludes and an insistent mechanical backbone that echoes its creator's penchant for the rhythm.
