Don't throw it out! It's not as broke as you think.

I have read a lot of complaints about this product. One of the #1 complaints was that it was hard to find replacement parts. To get replacement parts you have to call the customer service. This product is hard to diagnose problems on if you don't read the troubleshooting or call customer service and have then walk you through trouble shooting. We owned a similar product that was Power Wheels brand and had a lot of problems with it as well. Comparing the two, the power wheels was able to handle the weather better, but when it started breaking the parts were more expensive to purchase and every time I called customer service on it I was told to take it to an authorized repair place, of course each time that meant $50 to get it fixed. The 4 wheeler we have always been able to fix either from the trouble shooting on the web site or with a call to customer service. Hint. If yours is stuck in reverse take out the green switch and move the wires to the opposite side. If your foot pedal is stuck, try taking it off and cleaning it up real good before ordering a replacement. Our ride ons stay outside year round, that means snow as tall as the seats in the winter, down pour rains in the spring and sometimes fall, and blistering heat in the summer. The Power Wheels brand ride on is long gone because of the cost of fixing it. The raptor while it has had it's share of problems it also has been very easy to fix and is still being rode by my daughter.

1st NIB purchase of kids ride on toy, all others are 2nd hand from various manufacturers. Very please with the toy. Easy to assemble and works like a champ. We got his for my son christman 08 and he loves it. He drives it around my house and down the street everyday, but the tires dont have good traction. I really want to buy different tires, but i dont know how.

looks neat in my garage, sorry for the kids it broke after 2 weeks. Trying to locate foot pedal switch w/ no luck.Get this, I could find detailed instructions on how to replace switch, but no info or part # for the switch, NICE. If by chance you buy this junk be prepared to do a lot of pushing if you want to see the kids riding on it.

This 4 wheeler has been such a great purchase!! We have had it for almost 2 years now with no problems. Recently it started only going in reverse so after trying to fix the problem and realizing I coudnt I called the customer service line off the back of the 4 wheeler. The customer service department was so helpful!! They figured out the problem right away and walked me through the trouble shooting .. then next thing you know my new switch was in the mail and my little boy was sooo happy to be riding his quad again!!!

From the moment I gave this to my grandchild, he rode it constantly! He rode it over the lawn... he rode it with me to get the mail...he couldn't get enough! Unfortunately, he tried to wash it just like Daddy washes his ATV and ended up ruining it...you can't get these things wet at all. After a few days of trying to dry it out (and hearing the cries of my heartbroken 4 year old) I decided to call the customer service number on the bike....Within 5 minutes they had the problem pegged and shipped me out all the parts I needed free of charge (good thing I kept my receipt!!) By the next week my baby was out riding again and finally out of my hair. I'm so glad I called in, rather than just throwing it away...thanks Dumar!!!

I bought this toy for my son for his Christmas when he was 3. We have had it for almost 2 years but he only got to ride it a handful of times. My dog ate the charger. LOL The down side is the fact that the place we bought it from doesn't sale the charger replacements for it. Why, Why, WHY would you sell a product you don't carry the replacement basic parts for? But we were lucky to find out that our neighbors had a charger for the bat and so we just take it over there.

This was a complete waste of money!! It only worked properly for maybe 2 months. It will now only go in reverse no matter what you do to try and fix it! You cannot find anywhere to repair it either!

is just junk.the plastic tires will
not get traction on grass. only solid
surface or maeby soft sand of which

Pros: grandkids love it

Ages 5 & 4 they grandsons had a perperego John Deere electric toy that has lasted through both of them and 2 sets of tires. These were good enough to take the place of the aging John Deere truck and keep going. They go on the Saint Augustine grass better and last about 3-4 hours a charge. Pretty good.
