    Don't even THINK of buying this piece of crap!

    Pros: NONE

    Cons: JAMS on anything but NEW unfolded paper

    This is the worst purchase decision I ever made, wasting more than $700 and averaging more than 1 HOUR per page scanned. It constantly jams with an E9 error whenever you try scanning paper that has any kind of fold in it. This includes normal letter...s you receive in the mail! It doesn't matter if you try scanning one page at a time or multiple pages. It doesn't matter if you try IRONING the paper perfectly flat. XEROX's "support" refuses to acknowledge the problem. Better yet, once you get a jam condition, the only way to recover and scan something new is to turn off the scanner since the software that's included gets stuck and won't allow any new scanning. If you buy this scanner you have no one to blame but yourself. If you don't believe me, I'll sell you the one I'm stuck with! Read more Less
