Pros: Subject is great and movie is done well.

Cons: Atrocious and exagerated makeup and design !!!

The movie starts and seems promising, excerpts from medical and journalistic documents. The setting is ok at first, but then, the inbred show up, whoa ! They are grossly exagerated, and highly unrealistic. Watch the X-Files episode on the same subjec...t, and you'll have a better time. Why do they need to put so much more makeup than would be needed to feel real today ? To impress us ? Fake ! They want us to believe it so much and too much that it becomes very unreal and highly unrealistic. I don't understand. How can people find it believable ? I can't understand. And some people say the Friday the 13th movies are unrealistic ! (ok maybe part 5 or something but) I would like to see Jason show up and gut those fake inbred... Read more Less

I am a big horror fan and I have to say that this movie was extremely good. It had a great story, good acting, and the whole thing was just TRUE HORROR. Not to mention, the intense scenes that will have your knuckles white! My friend still will not l...et me live it down that I brought her to see this. She was that scared and affected by the movie. Well i rated this movie 4/5 because it is a very good BAD movie. What might i mean you ask? ANy moviethat is not intentionally a certain way and entertains you in this oppoaiste manor can consist as being good-bad. This movie tries to be scary but co...ems off hilarious and predictable. Great scary movie. Great plot. Great acting. Horrorfying bad guys. Everything need for a good horror movie. I give it a big, fat 5. And everyone should give it a chance by watching it.
