Wong Jing is a veteran filmmaker in Hong Kong cinema and has directed over 50 films. Almost all of his works have been popular action movies intended for mainstream consumption. However, Wong is less concerned with artistic achievement than he is with entertainment and is unapologetic about the commercial nature of the movies that he writes, directs, and produces.
