This is a great song a man singing how women really real, it gets to the core of todays relationships. Women do indeed love just as mucb as the men do and if he isnt being faithful neither should she! The music has a great beat.

Pro Reviews: Woman Needs Love
| EXPERT RATING: From AMG Reviews This was the last album Parker did with Raydio, and it was a successful outing. It yielded the number one ~Billboard RB smash hit "A Woman Needs Love," and an easy-flowing track with lyrics supporting women in relationships that retained its number one position for two weeks. That single was followed up with "That Old Song," reflecting on the yester-love a girl and boy shared; it peaked at 26 after 11 weeks. Parker slows down the pace with "Old Pro" and "So Into You." With the latter's title being self explanatory, the former is the tale of a reformed player wanting to settle down. As for dance grooves, Parker exhibits his musicianship on the remainder of the album on tracks like "It's Your Night," (73, five weeks), "Still in the Groove," and "All in the Way You Get Down," all creditable compositions. - Craig Lytle, All Music Guide |

Pros: Slick,Tight And Very Well Produced
Cons: None
For a final album 'A Woman Needs Love' stands as what could be their very best release. The sensative title cut was a hit and started off the album in Ray's classic, simple style. The difference here comes in the uptempo songs-they are slicker and less raw then the past-showing the influence of modern funky soul then anything."It's Your Night","You Can't Fight What You Feel" and the excellent "All In The Way You Get Down"-the first and the latter being the two best songs on the album."So Into You" just oozes sensuality and is one of their best ballads. And back to Parker's signature style "Still In The Groove" for one last time showcases Raydio's early rawness. If your looking for a great Raydio album available on CD I suggest you go no further then this. They have some greatest hits sets available but this has some of their best songs. ...
