    This is a though one because i don't like the compilation that much, but the music is so beautiful and fantastic!! I don't like it much, because i think that this isn't the whole story!!! It should have been a double album with more astou...nding and brilliant material! Because the songs are so unique they don't connect with each other when compilated. But with more songs and a more thoughtful list with live stuff and b-sides this would have been a great collection! Read more Less

    i feel that this is a great album.
    although i only got it 4 days ago which is a long time after it was released.
    my fav. songs are:
    Wuthering Heights (also a fav. book of mine)
    Babooshka
    Army Dreamers
    The Man With The Child In His Eyes
    and Wow.

    I absolutely love this album! This isn't just a collection of variationson the same theme, it's true variety.It's a wonderful sampling of many different sounds all produced by thesame amazing voice. There's no confusing one song for another. She cov...ers so many subjects in such diverseways that it's easy to see why it istitled "The Whole Story". I was introduced to this album by my best friend when the album first came outand it remains a standard for me 14 years later. Read more Less
