Pro Reviews: Who Needs Guitars Anyway?
| EXPERT RATING: From AMG Reviews Alice Deejay broke out with her release of her first single "Better Off Alone" off of her debut album "Who Needs Guitars Anyways?". Her single, which got heavy rotation on Dance radio and also in clubs, made it one of summer of 2000 best dance songs. Hailing from Holland and has the reputation of one of the best Djays around. Her sound more of a trance-hip hop mix gives her a distinctive sound that could get anyone out on the dance floor at just about any type of dance club. - Amanda Nusbaum, All Music Guide |

Pros: best coaster anyone could ask for
Cons: Its existence
Who needs guitars?
Musicians, musically inclined people who need more then the high-fidelity feces that makes up this album. I've tried listening to this for two days yet always seam to go back to aphex and squarepusher for my electronic-type-music.
I suppose this album would be apreciated by a younger audience. One that might not have heard the exact same thing two-hundred times before. For those of us with a musical bone in our bodies; stay clear. This album, with its obligatory, cliche, mindless, uninspired drivel is testament to all that is wrong and tastless in our society.
