    Pros: Full Featured

    Cons: Cheap Design with flaws

    Had this oven for 3 months before the first F7 failure. Repair stated that Magnatron was not putting out any microwaves and needed to be replaced. Opted for replacement KitchenAid model with same features as replacement. The KitchenAid model lasted a... whole 1.5 months before the same error occured. This makes the Microwave unusable although other feature such as convection cooking could be used. Repair is long and problematic and I am opting to get Sears to replace this with a product that is NOT manufactured by Whirlpool since they put the cheapest parts into a nice looking case and sell it as if it were a properly designed and robust unit. NO MORE WHIRLPOOL products! Read more Less

    Cons: too many to list

    Dont buy a Whirlpool. The Customer service is atrocious. After less than a year of operation, the paint on the inside of the door was peeling off and landing in our food. Customer service refused to warranty it because it was cosmetic. They told us t...o get some paint and paint over it ourselves. It finally had another failure with a light switch and we are now looking to replace it with another brand. Buyer be aware with these guys. Steer clear of Whirlpool. Read more Less
