I think that every girl and guy should watch this movie! It helps people that have made mistakes and shows the wait happens if you make mistakes! This movie would get a 9.5 or 10 from me!!!

This movie was amazing because it just goes to show that these things could happen in real life. This is life women get pregnant, some men leave and we have to deal. This movie is for all the women that have kids that think LOVE can never happen for them because of a baby. There is LOVE out there and it will find you when the time is right.

Pros: Natlie Portmand and Ashley Judd play great roles in this movie together. Natalie Portman is one of my favorite actresses let alone Ashley Judd.
Cons: I guess it could've been a little better, but it will always be one of my favorite movies.
I think this movie deserves a big 5. Me and my husbnad love this movie. It's one of those movies you can sit down and watch then rewind it and watch again. It is everything I look for in a drama movie such as: happy sad, cry worthy, and out of my seat. This movie will make you have mixed emotions. I recommend to anyone who hasn't seen it, to go buy it or watch it somehow. It's an excellent movie.

I think it deserves a 5. I loved this movie it was everything i look for in a drama it was sad, funny, and cry worthy, but thats just my opinon.

This is not high art but it is funny, sad, and hopeful. Natalie Portman is not only beautiful but also charming and sympathetic. Ashley Judd is flawless (of course). Stockard Channing is a godsend.

This movie was beautiful. It moved me and had me both laughing and crying. Natalie Portman is an incredible actress, and the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. I strongly recomend that anyone who hasn't seen it, should run to see it. It will be one of your favorites too.

It's a beautiful show- thoughtful, somewhat sad, yet triumphant,and funny...It's well written and well delivered.

At first I thought this movie was mostly about women not thinking about things and getting pregnant all of the time, but when I rented it I thought it was the best movie I have ever seen!! It warms up your heart, even my boyfriend enjoyed it! James Frain is a wonderful actor in this movie. He is just the type of man every women would want. He did a great job!!

natalie portman has to be my favorite actress shes wonderful and beautiful i love every movie shes in, i was as first hesitant to get this movie because i thought it was a girly film, but the picture of natalie portman and ashely judd on the cover sold me,, and im glad it did! great movie!

Natalie Portman had an outrageous performance in this lovely drama, Where the Heart Is. This movie is about a girl who's left at a Wal Mart parking lot and is forced to stay there, and she finds that dreams aren't as easy to accomplish. She learns what life is really about by taking care of her young daughter who she had in the Wal mart.

I expected not to like this movie at all, but I was really charmed by it. The writing was good, the plot more or less kept me in suspense, and some of the characters were really memorable -- quirky, but still grounded in reality. This seems to be the "plane-flight movie" of the summer, but you don't have to be held captive 30,000 feet up to enjoy it.

This movie was wonderful! I loved it so much because it is very realistic. The things that happened in this movie could really happen to a young girl. I cried at least 3 different times during this film and I watch it over and over again!!

I thought this movie was excellent. It had a mixture of light humor, like anyone could get away with spending six weeks hiding out in a Wal-Mart, to a special bond/friendship that develops! I don't typically purchase movies, however I am looking to purchase this one!

What a boring movie. My girlfriend made me watch it with her and I gave it a chance but I found myself falling asleep and being not at all interested. Why should I feel bad for Natalie Portman when she made the dumb decision to get pregnant with that white trash. If you commit the crime, you have to be prepared to suffer the consequences.
