    when i saw this movie at first. i new i love tina turner and i new she had problems but not that bad it was sad and happy but i spent most of my time crying and shouting at the telly telling tina to leave ike telling her he is a bastard and she has t...o get out. but it was a great movie!     When I decided to see this movie I thought it was going to be some sappy boring real life drama... The only reason I saw it was because 1)I think Angela Basset is a GREAT actress and 2)it was nominated for a few oscars... Well, boy was I wrong! It... wasn't just some sappy movie, actually, it was very good! I just thought the acting was wonderful and the story was very interesting. I knew about Tine Turner's problems with her husband but I never knew some of the horiblle things he did to her! The movie was just so fun to watch and it is just one of those movies you can watch over and over again! Read more Less
