THIS MOVIE SCARED ME!!!!
What Lies Beneath is a great supernatural/thriller. It has great acting, a suspenseful plot, haunting musical score and some good visual effects. My favorite scenes are when Michelle Pfiffer's face changes and when she's stuck in the tub. Watch this one with all the lights out, you're guaranteed to be SCARED.

This was supposed to be scary? With a swiss-cheese plot that leaves you wondering why in the world they would mention the dead first husband, and a futile attempt at calling a spirit, it was actually pretty predicatable and boring. I was very disappointed.

This movie is Awesome! I read a review that ststed how predictable it was, but that wasn't the case at all for me! This is the perfect late night scary movie, which had me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next the whole movie!

This movie starts off slow but has many twist and turns. You really have to pay attention or you will miss everything! But a very, very good movie!

This was a good thriller. I jumped a bit. The best thing, though, is that by the end of the movie, Harrison Ford is playing a role I've never seen him play. Ford needs more antagonisitc roles.

I believe that in the last few years, every "scary movie" has left me half asleep and wondering when the scary part was going to get here. I still have problems getting to sleep after watching this movie. I haven't seen a movie as well crafted since Silence of the Lambs.

What Lies Beneath is the best thiller to hit in a while. It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time, especially the bathroom scene at the end. I recommend this movie to everyone who wants to be scared.

This was the scariest movie I have ever seen! I couldn't sleep for like 2 weeks after seeing it. I definetely recommend it if you want a scare, but beware, You'll never be the same again!!!! a TOTAL chiller!!!!

This movie will make all the girls jump on you which is a good thing. But the best performace of (Ford) ever. I don't jump or get scared but the bathroom scene at the end made me jump on my girlfriend, which made me look bad.

This movie really suprised me. It is a fantastic movie!! One major thing that I believe makes it so good is that the actors aren't playing their usual role types and that, in itself, adds a lot of creepiness. This is a very "classic" type of thriller and, even with some special effects, manages to remain somewhat believable. Very well written, directed and acted!!!!! Great movie.

This is by far one of the best thrillers I have ever seen. Although some of the originality was lost by borrowing from such classics as "Rear Window" it still delivered enough scares to earn my vote as one of the best films this year. It was a great scary movie without all of the violence of today's typical scary movie. Go see it and find out what lies beneath what lies beneath!

Not quite on the level of Hitchcock, this film from Zemeckis still manages to scare and entertain. Several parts will have you jumping out of your seat, although the ending kind of falls apart. Nevertheless, overall I recommend it.
