    Pros: bad procuct westinghouse no help at all

    Cons: great picture when it works

    Bought this set from Shopko on 11 24 06. Around September it started to give us trouble. First there were up and down lines on the screen. After a bit they dissapeared and the set ran good. Oct 2 it was acting up very often. Westinghouse said that we... had to send it to California for repairs. Sent the set on 10 02 07. Got a different set back, not a new one. This took over a month. This one had different problems right off the start. After running for a while the remote would not work, couldn't shut the set without up plugging it. Westinghouse was not much good. They seemed like they didn't care. Now I am waiting for them to call me back to see what has to happen to the THIRD set that we have had. After what I have gone through with Westinghouse, you can bet I will not be buying anything from them. We have not been able to use this set since Oct 2 07. It is now 12 25 07 Read more Less

    Pros: graphics

    Cons: poor quality manucturing and service

    I purchased 16 of these TVs for my company and 4 of them died. Not a very good ratio. One shuts off at random, one turned off and never turned back on, 2 lost motherboard so would overheat somethign and the display would lose all video sync. Called W...estinghouse and they would not honor warranty because it is a business purchase. All TVs that had problems had less than 40hr's of use. Buyer Beware! Read more Less
