This treadmill is perfect for everyday use. I use it everyday and let me tell you it is excellent. I use to have the manual treadmill and upgraded to this one so that I could run- let me tell you this is very sturdy and powerful, great incline position and well built. keep track of your calories, walking distance (running) and minutes of use. excellent 4 pre programs. i don't have any problem working out now in the comfort of my own home. It's great product for the price. you can't go wrong with this one... oh and it's huge!!!! ...
