    Taproot's second album, Welcome is incredible and it should be an album everyone should have in their cd collection. Although this album is much softer than Gift, it's still great. Every song in this cd is good, but some point-outs to me were... "Poem", "Myself", "Fault", "Sumtimes", "Breathe", and "Dreams". Make sure you pick this album up next time you go buy a cd.     Really only heard "Poem", which sounds like a blatant rip-off of Nirvana meets Disturbed. Hopefully the rest of the album isn't as lame.

    This album is a big change from gift. On this record, taproot shows they are good musicians but the music is jus too different from the last record. It is a lot softer. The druming is just as good. The best songs are mine, poem, and myself. Myse...lf is the best. This record will put taproot into the mainstream. Read more Less

    I love the band taproot.. very cool band. But I am ashamed of all of the immature message posters who make fun of gays. It doesn't (a) matter what your sexual peference is and (b) I hope that someday some people feel bad about it.

    Taproot is not limp bizkit

    i like both bands. but taproot has nothing to do with limp bizkit, not even a similarity on music style, they're two totally different bands.they only had one connection which is when fred promised to sign them but he never actually did,so stephen go...t pissed off waiting and went searching for other label.thats the story.....i think both bands rock though.(BTW...POEM is a great single, i got hooked on it the first time i heard on the radio. rest of the cd's just as good) Read more Less

    This album is better than their first album, although it has a similar sound to a number of the songs on "Gift". Can't wait to see them live!

    I read a review at CMJ.com on Taproot's first album and it seems that these guys decided to sign with Atlantic instead of Durst's label. Durst was apprently pissed off as he wanted to "discover" them. That is the music business for you.
