Cons: Cook surface on the small side, but not bad
We are getting good grilling with this grill. It has a heat gauge to tell you how hot it is. In the instructions it says to let it warm up to 500 (less than 10 minutes) and cook with the lid down. According to Weber, this is true for all grills.
Note that the tubing from the tank to the grill is extra-so is the cart -needed if you want to stand and grill.

Pros: Very quick
Cons: A little treaky to fire up at first
This Is a great grill If you don't want to drag the big charcoal grill out. The trick you need to know in order to light this grill is after you hook up your hose and regulator to the tank and grill you must turn the valve on the tank (VERY SLOWLY) otherwise the safety check valve inside the Regulator will shutdown and you'll only get a little heat and not the full heat to cook. Another trick is once you have done all the above (Please Keep The Valve On The Tank (Fully Open) (And Shut Off The Grill Regulator). (Do Not shut the Valve on the Tank Off) Or You Will Have The Same Problem)Once this Is done you will have no problams at all with this little grill. I have owned this grill for awhile now and abulutly love it. ...
