A slew of contemporary jokesters pay tribute to the legendary funnyman Robin Harris in this documentary, which was created 15 years after the star's death. The 92-minute film explores Harris's life and legacy, looking back at the comic's upbringing and how he transformed standup from a confining shtick to one that allowed for improvisation. For Harris, humor often came at the expense of his audience, as the comedian readily made fun of the people paying to see him at his regular gig at L.A.'s Comedy Act Theater.
