    Pros: Everything about it

    Cons: None yet

    I have had this model in my room for about a 11 months and I have NO complaints what so ever. I mistakenly purchased a 52 in. sharp Aquos (the well known brand) and after only 3 months of use it crapped out! I will definatelly purchase another VIZIO!

    Pros: Picture quality

    Cons: Sound quality on the antenna input

    I've had this unit for over two years and the only thing I would change if buying again is the size. I would get a larger screen. Once I became accustomed to the remote, the set is simple to use. After more than two years, I will occasionally say... to my self, "Wow. What a great picture." Many times, SD shows look like HD to me. Even guests comment on the fine picture quality. The antenna input is packed up close to the cabinet, which makes the coax difficult to screw on but it's not like you do that everyday so it's really more of a non issue. The antenna input has gone kaput twice but I suspect that may be dure to lighting storms and improper grounding of the input cable. When I'm watching the local channels on the antenna (for the high def., I'm too cheap to get the cable HD package), when they go from commercials, back to programming, the sound is really low at first and has to "ramp up" to it's desired level. I'm very happy with it and have never had any regrets over my purchase. Read more Less

    Buyer beware! Why do they only sell this at Costco and no electronics stores?

    Cons: BUZZING

    I like many, bought one of these for the incredible price! Within a few days...we started hearing digital mosquitos...in other words, there is a CONSTANT buzzing even when it's off. If you plan on installing these inside a ChuchECheese or some ot...her always loud place, then great TV. But if you plan on sitting and watching/listening to tv and/or a movie. Go elsewhere. Additionally, ask yourself why COSTCO changed their entire return policy because of THIS brand. Read more Less

    Pros: good picture

    Cons: shuts off...silences itself

    Buyer beware! I bought a 46" set. I really like the picture quality, especially when you use bluray...BUT...not long after getting it, the sound would mute on it's own, and it would shut off by itself. Sometimes, it gave off a loud, piercing... noise. You have to call their repair number, jump through some hoops, but they do send someone to do a repair. After the repair, I still had trouble, so I called them again. I was told I would get a replacement set, but it would be a REFURBISHED set. I was not pleased, but apparently, you don't get a choice in the matter. I may have been a little more satisfied if the replacement set worked, but it's doing the same things the first set did!     Pros: great image, at first cheap for an HDTV

    Cons: sound is difficult to change on the TV, buttons dont always work on side

    We got this TV and at first it was a great bargain. But then, just as the warrenty ran out the TV became messed up. It wouldnt turn on unless you turned it off and on several times. At times the buttons dont work at all once you've got it on and ...your stuck listening at whatever volume you were at before. And at times it doesnt even turn on. NOT RECOMMENDED Read more Less

    Pros: it's HDTV

    Cons: It's only a 720p set which is substandard HD

    Vizio makes lower end HDTV, this is good example of one. It only supports 720p, which is the lowest HD resolution. The video quality too is pixel like and doesn't look smooth and liquid like.

    Pros: Good value, nice picture

    Cons: non-user friendly remote; sometimes freezes

    Got mine on eBay for $580 (free s/h, no tax, refurbished). Remote control is difficult to use. I must look at it; I cannot touch-feel. Sometimes while "surfing", TV locks up (cannot change channels, off/on, volume, nothing). I unplug power ...cord and wait 5 sec (like rebooting a PC) to unfreeze. Last night, remote stopped working. Playing with "Components" button on TV's side corrected. Otherwise the picture is beautiful and I really like this HDTV. Read more Less
