Pros: looks good

Cons: does not work well- they cant fix it

I bought this gill with the tru sear feature. The true sear takes up alot of the grill and can not be used on most things you would bbq. My son is a chef and he can get it to work but was not impressed with it. The burners dont work well which may b...e repairable. The viking repair tech showed up and said the burners need to be replaced and said he would order them. His office called back and said they did not have the serial number , even though he was he and looked at the grill and I provided reciept showing i bought it less than 2 month before and i bought a 3 year extended warrenty. They said that since it is installed in the counter i cannt get to the serial number and said that without it they could not order the part. That was over 2 months ago. when you pay 4-5 thousand dollars for a grill and they treat you like this run away fast. Do not consider this grill, it looks great but if viking wont repair it or get it working for you it becomes a piece of furniture. lucky i used my cc to purchase, so tuesday i will have cc company get my money back.
