    PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE

    Pros: Appearance is nice

    Cons: But FLAWS ARE PLENTIFUL

    After seeing the other review, I don't know how somebody can compare a 10 year old Viking product to this. Viking quality is suffering greatly (see recall notices on their website).
    This was supposed to be our dream range. Instead, it has literally fallen apart, cooked inconsistently, required multiple service calls and cost us a fortune! DO NOT buy this stove if you have similar options elsewhere. Viking customer support is a joke!

    Pros: Excellent in all regards.

    Cons: None

    We have enjoyed our Viking for almost 10 years. The rangetop, ovens, griddle, and overhead vent have exceeded our expectations. We no longer have to visit Ruth's Chris Steak House or other fine restaurants. Our Viking makes great cooking and dining easy. Superb.
