Pros: Looks nice

Cons: unreliable, absolutly zero customer service

I spent 20k on a all Viking professional kitchen. The appliances are 2 years old and all have problems. The professional wall oven burns the top of anything you try to bake, The Microwave has a mind of its own and will just start running when you close the door. The 42 in professional cooktop ignitors will start snapping on burners that you are not attempting to light and continue to snap after the burner lights with a good flame. I understand some products have problems, I'm a mechanic by trade. What is totally unacceptable is when you contact customer service at Viking, then give out zero troubleshooting tips. They only give you the name and number of a repair center near you. This is the response I got when I emailed to ask for some ideas I should look for to fix the ignitor missfire.
