    Pros: Like the color

    Cons: On-Off switch quit before a year

    I bought this unit,1875,last August,& now the on-off switch will not stay on when using the product.I have tried twice by e-mail to contact Vidal Sassoon to NO avail,maybe I should have bought Conair.

    I was trying to replace my old Vidal Sassoon Professional Quiet 1600 Model VS954 which I have had for many years and love. The new VS525 was a sorry replacement. Buttons are inconviently located, almost impossible to use turbo button. All heat settings seemed the same, too hot. Top heavy and hard to hold while drying hair. Very noisy. The lint trap cover flies off almost everytime I picked the thing up. Couldn't find a phone number to call Vidal Sassoon to complain. If anyone has the old Professional Quiet 1600 Model VS954, hold on to it, it is a gem!
