Vida was a short-lived, late '90s punk "supergroup" -- consisting of such SST Records alumni as guitarist/vocalist Dez Cadena (ex-Black Flag), drummer George Hurley (ex-Minutemen and fIREHOSE), guitarist Tom Troccoli (ex-Tom Troccoli's Dog), and bassist Bill Bowman (the latter Vida's only member not having done time previously in a SST-related outfit).
