    No doubt Big Daddy got skillz. His freestyles are off the hook. His lyrics are tight but I just don't like the beats or musicianship on alot his most recent albums.

    Big Daddy Kane has always been a favorite of mine since I first heard Long Live the Kane. He invented smooth in hip hop when it was about lyrics, skillz, and attitude. If you care to hear what every MC today wishes he could be, check out this album.... This is a must have. He didn't have to come with any gimmicks. The beats are tight, but the emphasis is on his words. I would rather buy an album of BDK songs that are 10 years old than almost any rap album that is out right now. There are exceptions these dayz (Outkast, The Roots, etc.), but nobody can pull off BDK sole (& soul) control of the microphone. Read more Less
