    Pros: Easy to use

    Cons: Stopped working MUCH TOO SOON

    Not worth the money I paid for it. One of the handsets stopped working about 3 or 4 months after I bought it. In order to get it fixed or replaced, (according to the manual) you have to send the whole thing back to VTech, including the parts that do ...work. Rather than be without a phone (by sending it all back), I kept it, and just made do with one handset. Then, the remaining handset and phone stopped working in less than a year. Read more Less

    Pros: Good answering machine voice quality

    Cons: Poor performance

    Of the two handsets, one has very poor performance (the person calling you hears garbled sounds and can't understand what you said). To make matters worse, the phone number to call for technical assistance listed in the Handbook is incorrect.
