  • Overall:

    Gary Allan kicks butt

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Dec 7, 2000

I went from listening to Danzig to dipping into Country. Gary Allan's voice lowered me into listening to some mainstreem country. This guy is the best. He will be big. Mark my words

  • Overall:

I think this cd is Gary's best!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Nov 9, 1999

Maybe it is because this is what introduced Gary's voice, talent, and sexiness to me, but I love this cd the most of the three he has out currently. "Her Man" is my favorite Gary song, but they are all great! Keep up the great work Gary! -Heidi (21)

Pro Reviews: Used Heart for Sale

  • All Music Guide

Gary Allan's debut, Used Heart for Sale, is a competent set of neotraditionalist country that occasionally comes to life, such as on the single "Her Man." Allan's best moments suggest that he is capable of more.
