    Pros: Songs written by Foxx have substance and could become classics

    Cons: Songs written by others are full of the sex, money, and power theme that consumes hip hop

    I absolutely adore Jamie Foxx and was probably one of the first people in NC to pick up this cd on Tuesday, but I was a little disappointed. Jamie Foxx is very musically talented, but I don't think that was well-reflected on this project. He'...s an awesome pianist and you could only tell that on a couple of songs. There is a HUGE sex theme throughout most of this project and that does little for taking R&B back to the way it used to be which is one of the things he said he really wanted to do through this project. Overall, I was not as pleased as I could've been with this cd, but I'm still behind Jamie 100%. I just hope that maybe he had to conform a little to the industry on this cd in order to have more creative liberties the next time around. The difference between the songs he wrote and the others on the cd is VERY obvious. His songs have more substance and less of the sex, power, money theme that is so common is a lot of today's music. On the dvd side of the dual disc, there is an intimate interview where he is playing the piano and singing some songs that are on the cd and some that are not and that interview just really does not fit with the mood of the cd. I just don't think Jamie Foxx had enough influence on this project and that is very unfortunate. I would still encourage everyone to purchase the cd...just don't buy it for your teenagers.     I like the CD. Some of the songs are off the hook. If you really listen to some of the words you can hear the comedian in him. Overall nice job.

    Cons: REALLY CAN'T SAY THAT THERE ANY

    I REALLY LIKE THE SONG HE IS SINGING ABOUT HIS GRANDMOTHER-I BELIEVE ITS SONG 11 ON THE CD. ALSO DJ PLAY THIS LOVE SONG IS THE BOMB TOO-THE VIDEO IS GOOD TOO!

    This Album is all about SEX yup SEX and if your looking for an album with a variety of different types of songs then this is just not for you. But its not that bad it's acually good and I liked it!

    For yall youngtas this aint Jamies 1st CD! Ya missed out on his 'Peep This' from da 90's and its out of print...Boo-HOO! Now we get 'Unpredictable' and look Jamie can sing and all but this CD is trying to reach all kind of folks. ...Im really tired of the title song wid Ludacris, and da remake with Mary J Blige called Love Changes is aiight..they ain't got a thang on KAshif and Melisa Morgan and dats da truth. Guess the bosses want him to sell (or sell out huh??) as many copies ...cha-ching!!! This CD might be 'Unpredictable', but it's turning out to be quite Forgetable.     Pros: It tells the story of his life up until now.

    Cons: It gets a little slow but listen to the words and you will understand what he's talking about.

    Jamie Foxx is a well rounded young man. He has a lot of talent which some of us over looked in his first album. He did a song in the film "Any Given Sunday" I thought it was nice, but that's my opinion. We should look out for Jamie, I b...elieve ther's a lot more to come besides movies and comedy.     I am feeling Jamie Foxx's voice- homie can croon for real. But I'm feelin the cat when he is sitting at a piano just playin and vocally freestyling. This album is just more of the same. Not Unique, No originality in the lyrics, or tracks for ...that matter. Jodeci and R Kelly covered this subject matter, presented in this way, a while back yo. Plus...you can't buy the CD unless you want to hear 'explicit lyrics', and I don't. Takin R&B back to the way it used to be? Man please...this is all about pleasing the crowd, doing and saying what sells. Jamie's first album was better than this. Comon Doc, let me hear something different, fresh, ill.
