Cons: Too Many Problems
I've had this phone for two weeks. At first I was very impressed. However, after the first day I picked the ringing handset up and heard nothing. I thought my phone line had gone dead. I had no dail tone. My husband came home and removed the power from the base unit and everything was fine. The next day I had the same problem We called Uniden and were told that either our FAX machine or our wireless network were causing the problem and we should move the base unit away from them. This was a bit upsetting because I really wanted the base unit in the office. We moved the base unit upstairs only to find that problem continued. We called Uniden back. This time we were told that the problem is that we have DSL coming into our house. (FYI we have filters on each of the phone outlets to remove the DSL signals). My husband is an engineer and he is the one that talked with Uniden. He actually believes that the really don't know the cause of the problem. But so far it looks like if you have a wireless network, FAX machine or DSL you should not buy this phone system. Uniden should be cable of building a phone that does not shutdown because of these issues. ...

Pros: Good range, feature rich, easy to use
Cons: have to clear each handset CID individually
An excellent phone, I liked it so much I bought another one from an Ebayer and sent it to my parents to replace their dying Siemens gigaset.
This phone really is nice. Its easy to use, packs a lot of features, and so far, has provided superior voice clarity.
It comes with a wall mount and lighted keyboard and CID display.
You can use two or more phones as internal intercoms. THere are a total of 20 ringtones and can be linked specifially to callers in your phone book. Just by tone, you will know who is calling
