Pros: Great Workout and Music
Cons: No extra features
This is a great fitness video! It is a lot different than most other fitness videos I have seen. The workout is like a bunch of mini classes (high low, abs, sport conditioning and even a little boxing thrown in) put into one. It gives me a great workout and I actually have fun doing it.
