    Great phone

    Pros: Expandability, full keyboard, GPS

    Cons: LCD keypad dialing

I absolutely love this phone. I upgraded from the PPC-6700, which was a nice try but wasn't quite there. HTC hit this one out of the park, though. They fixed most of the major problems with the 6700 and added some nice features. The wi-fi switch ...on the side alone is a great addition. The battery life isn't great, but I challenge you to find a smartphone that HAS great battery life. If I don't do a great deal of surfing, I can go two days on a charge. I consider that very good. The software and configuration options available for this phone make it a great one. Note: I entered "just okay" for support because I haven't yet used it. Read more Less

    Needs Help

Pros: Wi-Fi, Mobile Office, Large Keyboard

Cons: Battery Life, Must Reboot Frequently

This phone would get much better ratings from me if the battery life were better and I didn't have to reboot the phone at least once a day. I like all the features and the styling is more than adequate. Pretty is as pretty does, however. I can...9;t use the alarm clock feature with any confidence as it locks up during the night at least once a week and usually 2 or 3 nights a week. After years of using my phone for an alarm, I had to actually get an alarm clock. This is a full-featured, wonderfully conceived product with a few operating flaws that bring it back down to the level of mediocrity. Read more Less
