Catch Paddles are designed to develop a better feel for the water. Extended side-blade design over exaggerates the catch phase of all strokes, making technique imperfections easier to feel. Smaller paddle surface area reduces shoulder stress. Designed to be used in conjunction with regular training paddles. Patent Pending. Can be used to improve stroke technique for all four strokes. Incorporate into power workouts to develop race-feel and technique at closer to race speeds. Multiple strap options allow you to customize paddle to fit your hand as well as exaggerate the stroke's catch phase by increasing the amount of resistance created by extended side-blade. Can size paddle up or down to create more or less exaggerated catch during entry phase of stroke. Made of lightweight PVC foam for extra flexion. Extra latex strap tubing included.
