    First heared this on "The Casino" . This album has been in my cd changer since its release , i cannot say enough good things about it. Its classy,well produced with a modern edge.

    something for everyone

    Pros: great talent, amazing voice, classic style

    After hearing great things about Matt Dusk from friends and colleagues, I went out and bought his album to see what the fuss was all about. Let me tell you… after listening to the first couple of songs, I saw what all the buzz was. Mr. Dusk’s voice... just oozes charm and sophistication and his emotional crooning is extremely refreshing in this day and age where all we hear is bubblegum pop and headache-inducing rap! What’s more impressive is Matt’s young age (a mere 24 years)… yet it is obvious that he has an “old soul.” This CD has something for everyone, young and old. Dusk’s cover of the Beatle favorite “Please Please Me” will please even the skeptical. And the title track, “Two Shots,” which was originally written for our beloved Frankie Sinatra by U2’s Bono, has potential to be the modern “New York, New York!” If you are simply a lover of timeless music and classic vocals, go out and get this album!!
