| EXPERT RATING: From AMG Reviews It's debatable what makes this tribute to Hoobastank "very special." Most likely the extra verbiage is designed to separate Very Special Tribute to Hoobastank from the 2004 Tribute Sounds release Tribute to Hoobastank. Since the latter set is a bizarre, tepidlyperformed instrumental album, the studio band complete with vocalist on Very Special has a leg up. That said, their versions of 'Stank hits like "Reason", "Crawling in the Dark", and "Out of Control" are satisfactory at best.
