    When I first saw this movie I was on the floor, dyeing from laughter. "Trekkies" is a very well done comedy.

    This movie needs to filed under comedy. Trekkies goes on an adventure to distant conventions and dentists offices' in search of the weirdest and most fanatical fans of Star Trek. From the White Water juror that prefers to be called Commander to a cr...oss-dressing science fiction folk singer, and you thought carnies were weird. And at the end you're left quoting William Shater: "Get a life." Read more Less
