    Prototype big band and jazz-based vocals by Ernie Andrews cut in late '50s for GNP. Andrews was a fine blues, ballad, and standards stylist, with big sound and excellent phrasing. He was backed on these dates by polished orchestra that sometimes included Benny Carter on alto sax. The sessions have been reissued on CD.
