| EXPERT RATING: From AMG Reviews You won't find a better collection of 2000's most popular dance tunes than Totally Dance. You get nothing but the most well-known songs: stuff like Moby's "South Side" and Darude's "Sandstorm" rather than anything pretentious, artsy, overly creative, or "underground." This will probably disappoint most seasoned electronica disciples, but this isn't intended for fans of techno, house, or drum'n'bass; this is intended for the more casual dance listener, the sort of individual who goes out to the occasional danceclub or who listens to dance mix shows on the radio. This doesn't mean, of course, that everything here is going to appeal to you. In fact there's quite a diverse array of selections here, everything from dance-pop (dance remix of Dido's "Thank You") and rap (Trick Daddy's "Take It to da House") to mild U.K. garage (Cleptomaniacs' "All I Do (Is Think About You)," a contemporary remake of the Stevie Wonder classic) and progressive trance (remix of Delerium and Sarah McLachlan's "Silence"). It's this diversity, though, that makes Totally Dance so sure-fire; there's something here for everybody, and everybody's sure to find a few pleasant surprises as well.
