    Worst experience ever!

    Pros: It works great.....right out of the box.

    Cons: Slow, crashes, viruses, too many problems

    When I graduated High school I was given a Toshiba laptop for a grad gift. Worst laptop ever. Within a couple of days the laptop would crash, blue screen, and not connect to the internet. I sent it in to be repaired and they charged me $100+ for diag...nostics and then sent it back without fixing the problems. I exchanged the product for a new one and had the exact same problems. I will never use a Toshiba again. I highly urge you to bypass this pain and go to a mac or fujitsu. Read more Less

    Cons: abundant

    I never wrote a review before but you'd be better off taking the money you were going to spend on this and lighting it on fire. Seriously, if you need to communicate with the rest of the world why not tie a string to a set of empty cans? This is ...a worse computer, brand new, than a five-year-old Dell laptop. The only thing that is worse than the device itself is the fly-by-night company responsible for trying to repair it. Don't even consider buying this product. Read more Less
