    Pros: Beutifull Display. Amazing Graphics, Stunning overall performance!

    Cons: Weight

    Before I purchased this laptop brand new off of EBay (500$) I did an overwhelming amount of researched on it. I looked at all the pros and cons of the laptop and only found 2 cons - Weight and Price Obviously, for me, price was not an issue. Some of... the pros I found included... well, everything. It is capable of playing HD DVDS but I noticed when I got it that everything looks like it is HD. I've never seen Graphics like this before! If you are lookin for a laptop for Gaming like I was, go on ebay and fuind this one (make sure it is new) and buy it. You'll be glad you did! Read more Less

    Pros: Screen Size, HD TV/HD DVD Player

    Cons: Battery life, Weight

    This is my second Toshiba Notebook computer. I am a soldier and travel a lot. When I deploy I have a great computer that serves as my TV and DVD player all in one. It has enough hard drive space for me to store all my music CDs aswell. I trust to...shiba notebook computers since my last Toshiba computer went with me to Afghanistan, Germany 3 times and 4 hurricane recovery deployments that were far from computer friendly environments and never gave me a problem. I tend to be loyal to companys that have products that I can rely on. Read more Less

    Toshiba Qosmio is one of the best products of Toshiba.The design is good and i luv its black skin.Have no word to complain... So let's buy it.It's very good for u to work,to play games,etc.

    Pros: Great display fast processing Great audio

    Cons: Weight unnecessary features

    Nice processor. Very nice display capabilities. Too heavy. Hardly a notebook; more appropiate as a desktop replacement. Given its large size should have a number keypad. It is matter of taste but I not a fan of this kind of mouse. My Bluetooth do...es not work so far and support is not helping yet. Could be better with some customer feedback. Read more Less

    blazing speed of core duo and graphics. I'm a trucker and I use it for my over-the road-road trucking business to book loads, get directions....and of course google earth. It's wonderful!

    Great Computer, but some glitches

    So I'll start by saying that toshiba is awful when it comes to customer service, support, and satisfaction. The Qosmio in general is a very good computer. I use it as my tv and media center as well as a portable audio/music studio. The screen is ...amazing and it's fairly fast. However there are some glitches. The Hd-dvd player is completely unreliable. It either won't play hd-dvd's or takes 10 min's of taking it out and putting it back in for it to play. Another great feature on this laptop is the Qosmio player which allows you to watch tv and play dvd's without booting up windows. Sincerely Brilliant. However, not all dvd's will play on Qosmio player. And when you find a random dvd that doesn't (about 1/5) it locks up the computer and you will spend 10 mins trying to eject the disk or turn the computer off. This leads me to toshiba's tech support. I've talked to them 3 times about this issue. The first time they had no answer. 2nd time "it's just the way it is, nothing we can do". 3rd time I was told it's a codec issue. Annoying, but at least an answer. The last time i called tech support to try and find out about some issues i was having updating software, I was walked through updating my bios and uninstalling and reinstalling software. I ended up with a toshiba qosmio backup cd that told me that my computer was NOT a Qosmio g-35. I was given the run around from tech support. Told to bring it to a service center near me. The service center told me that they aren't allowed to work on the qosmio and would have to send it out to toshiba. I called back toshiba quite annoyed and was told to bring it to UPS and have it shipped to them for repair. I am now without a laptop for an undetermined amount of time while toshiba fixes what seems to be a "minor" problem. So in short, I called tech support to help me update hd-dvd software and ended up having to send the computer back for repair. What kind of tech support makes your computer worse off than when you called. 3 stars. Great computer, but not without quite a bit of hassle. Read more Less
