Pros: great picture
Cons: slow tuner
I've got the set for 4 months, and I am verry happy with it. no problems ,and I can't believe the great picture. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good HDTV.

I have had no problems at all with this set. The only problem that I could possibly have is that it doesn't have an auto display adjust feature, so when a show goes from square to letterbox, I have to manually change the display. I think most of that problem is that when you use a cable box with RGB inputs, the cable box takes over the video signal, so you are limited to the video features of the cable box. I don't think this is a problem with the TV. Other than that, I absolutely love this TV and everyone who has something bad to say about it should look at how they treat it and where they purchased it from. I wouldn't go buy it from Bobs TV shack for $900 if you know what I mean.

Just love this TV! At a great price! Talked with customer service 3 times while setting it up and interfacing with my satellite service - they were excellent.

Cons: Delay in changing channels, quality of construction
When you go to change the channel on this TV it locks up and then goes black for a full 6 seconds, each time. Try taking your remote and using the channel up and down button and closing your eyes for 6 seconds in-between each channel and you will get the point.
I conatct Toshiba and they stated that this is the normal operation of there TV's!!

Ive done my research on just about every site imaginable. I wanted a set that i knew would produce good colors and a vivid picture. I spoke to the manufacturers before buying to see if they had any user feedback as to what it might lack and i must say they were not much help at all. I decided to move forward after speaking to a rep at Highdefonline.com They had alot of info about the set (that i couldnt find on other websites or even with the manufacturer) and helped me with my decision. It arrived soon after i ordered it and i couldnt be happier. The picture is just what i expected vivid and bright. I must share with you that i think this is one of the smartest buying decisions i ever made.

Do not pay a penny for this garbage TV. I purchasd it in Jan 2006 and has been damaged two times. Each time repairs took more than three weeks. Two rows on its dispaly are burned. The technisian says that Toshiba is using cheap componenats within the TV so we should expect more problems to come. The guy who fixed the TV for us told me that he has six of these TVs in his store with teh same problems.
