    Pros: features easy to use

    Cons: Picture quality average

    I purchased this TV about 2 months ago. From the very first time I turned it on it did not work correctly. I contacted support an they gave me some solutions to try, but to no avail. I ended up taking the TV back and getting a different brand (which ...I like much better and was less expensive). The individuals at the store where I bought the TV said they had a number of returns on this TV. I will say that Toshiba's support operations were very quick to respond, and after several attempts to rectify the problem did suggest that the TV probably had a problem. Read more Less
