Top Gear GT Championship Game Boy Advance

Kemco's Top Gear racing series makes its first appearance on Game Boy Advance with 22 licensed cars and six authentic courses. After selecting a vehicle, each individually rated in the areas of speed, acceleration, and handling, players can enter one of five modes: Quick Race, Vs. Com, Time Attack, Course Edit, and Championship. A vehicle's weight, aerodynamics, brakes, tires, steering, and gear ratios can also be tweaked to one of three levels before entering a race.

Quick Races allow up to four players to choose a course, car, and weather prior to the event. Vs. Com is a one-on-one race against a computer-controlled vehicle, while Time Attack involves competing for the fastest lap. Course Edit has players building their own course using pieces from existing layouts. More pieces can be earned through winning races in the Championship, where drivers compete in six-race seasons for up to ten years of play.

Each Championship race is worth a fixed amount of points based on the driver's overall finish. The goal is to have the most points at the end of the season, so players can advance to a new class of racing until they eventually reach the highest class possible.
