    For the second Dexy's Midnight Runners album, Kevin Rowland refashioned the band as country/folk/punk rockers. Much like Searching for the Young Soul Rebels, Too-Rye-Ay is more interesting in theory than in practice, but it's the stronger of the two records, thanks to the irresistible hit single "Come on Eileen." [Too Rye Ay is also available in an import release.]
